The entire process was conducted without tactics or any stereotypical gimmicks.

Worst

Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

Very reasonable prices! 7/20/2012

I like that the service techs looks for things needing attention that I did not know about so I can have them fixed before they break and leave me stranded. Plus they have records of what has been done on the vehicle in the past. I always recommend Dick Edwards, everyone is friendly, quick to respond, and at very reasonable prices. We have leased or purchased six or more vehicles from them and have always been very happy. more

Dan was helpful knowledgeable about the cars and trucks. He didn?t try to push a sale, but rather worked hard to find something thats worked for us. I would recommend Dick Edwards to other because of their no pressure sales environment. more
