The entire process was conducted without tactics or any stereotypical gimmicks.

Worst

Will radically underestimate costs and do work you have not asked for or were informed of. They will then tell you the work is already done and are expected to pay for it.

After looking around online I came to Dick Edwards for a test drive and almost right away I knew I had found the right place for me to buy my new car. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and informative and they worked with me not against me to get the perfect car for me at a price I could afford. Being new to the area and this dealership I wasn’t sure what to expect but they really took the time to make my car shopping easy and pain free. Even though I don?t have the greatest credit the folks at Dick Edwards were able to get me a very good deal on a 2012 Ford Focus. They worked with me not against me really going above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Thanks again for all your help. more

A great experience I did my research online so I had it narrowed down to a few choices. When I came in Tim had the cars ready to go for a test drive. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and got me a fantastic price in the end. Really a great place to buy a car thanks to Tim and everyone at Dick Edwards. more

I bought a new car at Dick Edwards because I know they have a great selection to choose from and a lot of my friends and family say the customer service was outstanding, of course they were right the staff made me feel at ease and lead me through the process step by step. Past experiences with other dealerships were not very good so when I decided I needed a new car and stopped into test drive the car I saw advertised online I had very low expectations.
