I called about a new water heater 2 weeks ago with FAST. Energy Trust is offering a rebate on a new water heater with FAST, and my old one was nearing the end of its life. I was able to schedule installation for today. The installer arrived on time, checked all necessary points, explained to me the cost and the options. After I agreed, the installation took place efficiently. Robert was courteous and unobtrusive. I would use this company again.
