We had family over for our daughter's graduation - 6 additional people plus us 4 = 10 people. During their stay our water heater went out (thermocoupler went bad). We were in a hurry to get things fixed. From teh time we called Fast Water Heater Company until the problem was fixed it was a total of 2 hours!
