My attention was turned to Expro when I recently had my first accident October 25th. I was originally told that the repair time of my car should have been two weeks at the most. Two weeks went by, I called the receptionist and was then told that i would have it at the end of the week. I called my contact person Giovanni and he again reassured me that it would be sometime at the end of the week. The week was coming to an end and again, I didn't recieve a phone call or any type of follow up to let me know that my car was not ready. I followed up (called) again with the body shop to find out when my vehicle was going to be ready and found out that the repair date had been changed again to the beginning of the fourth week that I still would have to go without my car. Finally I decided to make my way to the body shop (during lunch hour) to find out exactly why I was still in a rental and not in my own vehicle. Upon arriving to the Body shop my car was sitting in front of the service office, without a grill. Come to find out , the whole delay was that the grill had been on back order and they were still waiting on it. (Which in and of its self is no big deal.) However, no one took the initiative to inform me of the reason of my vehicle repair delay... and but instead decided to give me endless list of meaningless completion dates. So currently, Nov 25,2009 I am unfortunately still waiting, even after calling Giovanni and asking him to let me know what the status was on the car yesterday, whether the part came or not... Again, I recieved no phone call. So today, I called again to see if they offered loaner cars ( seeing as though my rental is no longer paid for by the insurance company as of end of day today... )This has been a very 'shot in the dark' experience, to say the least, no one was rude, however the stream of communication from the body shop to the customer was somewhat non-exsistant, unless it was initiated by me... My advice, be prepared to visit this shop to get any straight answers... and even then you may not be guranteed to have full knowlege of whats going on.
Pros: Friendly People
Cons: No Communication, No Follow-up
