My car was totaled last year and I was supposed to drive a rental for a number of days. The day I was supposed to return the car, I accidentally broke the headlight. I was prepared to pay for it, so no problem. When I get there, Geovanny reassures me that the price will be reasonable. I had brought my mom so that she could drive me back home. Well, this guy had a problem with her and so not only was I charged $400 but we were also thrown out of the shop because he felt she was giving him attitude. The thing about that is that he told me he was going to call the cops if we didn't leave because my mom was spreading bad word of mouth to other customers. This was an absolute fabrication; even the woman my mom was talking to was telling him my mom wasn't saying anything. In fact, the woman was telling my mom that this place told her to lie to her insurance company about an accident she had. Anyway, when I complained later to the president, all I got was a $150 refund and this Geovanny character still has his job. Cons: Disrespectful, overpriced more
