I own a 2005 BMW 645. I recently had an accident at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. My car got towed to Expro Auto Collision & Repair. Omar came at that late hour, opened up the shop, contacted my insurance company and got a claim number. He was able to arrange a rental car for me which enabled me not to miss work the next morning. Omar was a great professional with great communication skills who provided outstanding customer service. He kept me updated on progress; he kept on top of the insurance company so they paid for everything needed, and went out of his way to provide the best service ever. I could not believe when I saw my car! It looked perfect. You could not tell that it was in an accident. Omar got my car fully detailed at no cost (and I know the insurance did cover for that). This is a place that I would recommend for everybody. You will leave there very satisfied. I love my car and I know I will never go anywhere else. They are professional, friendly, very attentive, and provide the best service you can have. They did a great job. An ?A+? place.
