Customer Beware!! I was in a car accident six weeks ago and the tow truck towed my car to this place and promise a 250.00 discount off our deductible if we took it there. Turns out he gets a kick-back for sending customers there. I wish I'd read the reviews before we went with this place. They have had our car for six weeks now and have a different story every time about what the delay is. Giovanni is friendly but uses it to try and manipulate you and he lies about when he ordered parts and why they aren't in. I finally talked to a mechanic who didn't realize he was supposed to give vague BS answers and I found out the part we are waiting on wasn't ordered until last week. Giovanni told me it had been ordered a month ago. They make excuses for missing deadline after deadline, and they still don't know my name even though they have had my car for six weeks.
