When I first went to Expro I spoke with Geovanny and he handled everything with my car and took care of my $500 deductible. After getting my car fixed I wanted to sell it and Expro purchased the car and took it off of my hands. Expro ended up being more than I ever expected and I would recommend them to anyone! more

Let?s start by saying a good business must come with excellent customer service. Giovanni provided excellent service. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done with my Lexus. He even pointed out some flaws that he seen that another dealer had done. Not only did he point them out he also took care of them at no extra charge. I must say when I got my care back it looked like it came off of the showroom floor. If you are looking for a good collision center I would highly recommend Expro Auto Collision. Excellent workmanship in the repair and paintwork on my 2005 Mustang GT. My only complaint would be in the amount of time it took to do the repairs, however there was VERY extensive work to be done. Extremely nice guys to deal with, and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. more

You know it's really hard to find great customer service now in this days. Someone had referred me to Expro because I had to fix my front end of my Tahoe. Honestly, the best service I have received. They are very detailed on explaining what is wrong with your vehicle, they follow up, and keep you updated on your vehicle. What I noticed is that they all work as a team to satisfy the customer. What I like about them is that they are an all-in-one company from mechanical, body shop, to selling cars. Whatever your needs are, they will professionally help you out. I was involved in a collision on the way home from my job, and decided on ExPro initially because of the offer for a free loner car. I was not prepared for the level of excellence in service and kindness offered by Omar Gasper at this company. He met with me late in the evening after being called back to work...not many people would have been as kind as him after having to go back to work after leaving for the day. Recently one of my car got into an accident and it required some body work. Being the first timer in the accident scene (hopefully the last), I was kind of lost about how to handle the insurance claims and other glory things. Lucky me... That's where one of my friend told me about Expro Auto collision and that's where Mr. Ed showed up with his truck and the first thing he said was "" Don't worry, we will take care of all your needs here'. And no doubt they did. From towing my car to handling the insurance adjuster and making sure that the car is getting repaired in the best possible way, these folks are the best. First surprising thing was the level of professionalism from the minute the car got towed to their garage to handling of the final paper work. Staff was very professional and courteous and the work they did was excellent. They took care of all the minor details. One of the most important thing that I would like to mention is the responsiveness of folks like OMAR, MIKE, GEOVANY and others. I was not expecting this kind of care from an auto shop, as a matter of fact from any services business. I was treated with professionalism. The folks that I mentioned here called me on regular basis to provide the status of my car and were always concerned about how am I going to take care of my daily business without my car. They lend me their car at no cost just to support me in my daily life. The interesting part is that even Mr. Ed, who towed my car called me on regular basis inquiring about how am I doing and is there anything he ca do to help me. In summary, its a level of service that's unheard of and level of professionalism that you hope that other businesses will follow as a guideline. more

This is my first body shop experience in the last twenty two years in the USA and it is the best one. My insurance company told me to find the body shop and send us the estimate. I looked the rating on the web Yahoo and Google within my zip code in Katy and found that this Expro body shop has the most and best ratings. more

I was skeptical when Expro was recommended as the place to take my imported vehicle for body and suspension damage repairs. But I'm glad I took it there. The service was exceedingly courteous and professional, and the result was a car that looks and drives like new. They offered me options on the use of new parts vs. undamaged used parts (lower cost), they stuck to their estimate with no surprises, and they delivered the repaired car in a timely fashion. more

I was involved in an accident that completely messed up my front end and Expro was there right away to handle the towing, body work, car rental and even walked me through the insurance paperwork on a Sunday. When I was involved in another accident just a few days after completing my car work the first time, all I had to do was call Omar and everything was taken care of for me. I had a tow truck driver there right away and they were able to get me into a rental with no fuss without me having to miss even a minute of work. I've recommended Omar and Expro to everyone of my friends (and even the person I hit). Their work is top notch and everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. First of all let me say I own a 08 BMW M3 and I am very picky when it comes to work on my car. I expect and pay top dollar for work on my car. I was in an accident and was towed to Expro Auto. I was very hesitant at first because I wanted to take the car directly to BMW. Giovanni who is in charge of sales insured me that the car would be up to my standards and I would have no regrets leaving the car with them. I decided to allow Expro Auto to do the work on my car. It had over $20,000 in mechanical and body work. Omar, who was my service advisor was the most helpful service advisor I have ever had. Anytime I had a question or wanted to see my car Omar was there to take care of me. The car work was done timely and absolutely fantastic. I have a white car and white is typically the hardest color to match, but it looks absolutely wonderful. If you want quality work with great customer service be sure to use Expro Auto and ask for Omar! It's very hard to find a quality honest auto shop, but I am taking my girl friends Audi there to get work done because I was so satisfied with my BMW. more

On January 9, 2011, I was on my way to take my foster daughter for a family visit. I was getting ready to stop at the light at Hwy 6 and I-10 so I was going about 20 mile an hour. All of a sudden, someone going about 45-50 ran into me and pushed into the car in front of me and she was pushed into the car in front of her. Three cars were totaled in that accident. Needless to say, I was very, very upset. I immediately called my insurance company and while on the phone talking to them, a man looked into my window and said to me "Mam, you don't have to worry about anything... the young man that hit you will need to take care of all the damage. This man was from Expro Auto & Collision and he asked me to sit tight until the police came so they could take a report. He waited around for about two hours until the police came and then he told me not to drive my car because the gas tank had been knocked off and it would not be safe. I elected to leave my car with them and let them handle all the insurance dealings. Although the car was totaled, I decided to have it repaired because it was almost paid for. Giavani put me in touch with Elite Rental and I drove a very nice Toyota for several weeks. With the car having so much damage, it would take several weeks, but they guaranteed me that it would be done nicely and they would guarantee their work and parts for the life of the car. When the rental insurance on the car expired, Giavani immediately had another nice car for me which he did not charge me for. i have a 2007 BMW 745. my car was involved in an accident about 3 weeks ago. after my car was towed to expro i went to the shop and i was impressed with the shop. they help me with the process of calling the insurance that hit my to getting rental vehicle at 10:00 p.m. the damage to my car was $7400. they fixed the damage to the back of my car within 16 days. i got my car and it was like it never been in an accident, they kept me informed all though the process. i was so impressed that know i take my car to expro for maintenance repair because they gave cheaper price than my previous shop. i recommend this shop to every one. best place more
