I'm not a squeamish person, but I am a busy person, so when I heard what sounded like a 4,000lb man scampering around in my attic, I called Dugas. Every single Dugas employee who entered my house, poked around in my attic, examined my roof, and hauled away decomposing rodent carcasses was completely professional. These people tolerated my endless stream of questions, patiently provided helpful information, and, best of all, eradicated the rodents from my home. Dugas accommodated me by scheduling appointments and trap checks during my lunch breaks, and in every instance made me feel as if they took kicking that pack of furry jerks out of my attic personally.
