Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

Good Job - Satisfied. 4/5/2017

I am satisfied with the work of Dugas Pest Control. We have used their services at least twice over the course of a couple of months. The first time they came through was to help get rid of mice. We decided to use them again as they did a good job with the mice issue. The second time they came in was to eliminate our cockroach infestation by the dishwasher. Whatever it is they use works well as the cockroaches are dead. I would recommend the services of Dugas Pest Control to anyone in need of getting rid of pests. more

A Good Experience Every Time 3/30/2017

Every time I've used Dugas Pest Control, I've had a good experience. I would definitely recommend them. They always come out and do the job they say they are going to do. All of the workers are on time for each job, and they are easy to work with. My only complaint is that the pricing is a little high, but I'm not too worried about this because they are worth it. I'm willing to pay a bit more for their quality service. I definitely recommend them, and I'm actually about to call them again right now! more

Professional and Competent 3/15/2017

I had set up a service with Dugas Pest Control. After which, there was some kind of communication breakdown: there were some things I needed to do as preparation which I wasn't told about. But they were really accommodating about the whole thing. After the situation became clear, they made sure to get me the earliest appointment that was available the very next day. Overall, I found them to be very professional. Their technicians also arrived on time and did a great job. This was my first time using their services but I would definitely call them back if I needed. more
