Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

I have been dealing with Dugas Pest Control since my wife and I moved into our home here in 1976. I use them mainly for termite control and I am happy to say that the service I have gotten has been excellent over that forty year period. The service technicians they send out act in a professional manner and are always knowledgeable about the job at hand. They have been able to solve my problem every time and have never left me disappointed or frustrated at them. I will be using Dugas for many years to come! more

Friendly, prompt and informative 7/11/2016

Dugas Pest Control was really prompt in coming out to check the house. We ended up having follow-up service shortly after that first visit--when they were actually able to treat the house. They explained different treatments incredibly well and made sure we understood the policies and procedures. There were certain things that needed to be fixed in our house, but they treated everything, and they were very clear so that we knew that the water damage needed to be fixed. We actually had follow-up questions about a few different bugs and they came out very quickly and put our minds at ease, letting us know they were not termites. They were very pleasant to work with, and scheduling an appointment with them was very easy. They worked very well with me and arrived exactly on time--there were no four-hour windows of when they could show up. more

Rodent Control 6/28/2016

My rental in Spanish Town had RATS!!! After many attempts to eradicate them, I recommended they look for the entry way. The serviceman they originally sent out did not do this. WHAT?? Since then they have been terrific. Finally got rid of the rodents. more

Recently added the mosquito treatment monthly and are loving it. Since starting the pest service, rarely are there bugs in the house or around the yard. And with the mosquito spray monthly, we haven't seen any mosquitos in our backyard. Love dugas and would recommend them to everyone! more

Dugas Pest Control is good. We've been using them here at the store for a while. I think they have pretty good customer service, they are polite and what I personally like about them is that they follow up. They usually check in and try to track progress. It's a good company, I think they are very good. more
