Dream House Windows

We continue to be impressed and satisfied with our choice of Dream Windows. The windows are exceptionally well produced with quality materials. The installation was accomplished with a minimum of interruption or inconvenience. The workers "clean up" was impressive also. Both the interior and exterior showed no evidence of installation. We would highly recommend to all. We plan on completing replacement of our remaining windows in the near future! more

Dream House covered my contemporary home with vinyl siding and installed a door from the garage to back yard. Their workers were the hardest working people I've ever seen and the job is beautiful. Can't say enough about it. more

This was a very positive experience. The representative was thorough in demonstration and was interested in my questions and customer needs. The installation was seamless and professional. I am looking to efficient energy savings with these windows. Did mention that I really like the aesthetic option of the Dream House window? I live in a condominium complex that requires all windows to have the same brown on the outside. I however, don't care for the way the dark brown looks in the window on the inside. Dream House allowed for balancing the requirements of my condo association with dark on the exterior and my choice of light color on the inside. more

Windows look great no more drafty house and the men who installled cleaned the windows when finished and left no mess what so ever. I must say that we are very pleased with our homes new look and feel comfy in our home now that the drafty woodend windows are gone. TY Dream House. more

Called right after they put in the windows and was told they would have replacement window for a bad one the following tuesday no call or anything called them the following wednesday someone would call me back no call called thursday and they said it would be the next tuesday. will see. wood molding they put in does not meet right in the corners. I will have to fix myself. did not clean up behind the sofas and had screws in driveway. They did not caulk between the windows and the wall questioned them about it and they said they just have to caulk the moulding. Don't know about that I think they should have caulked the inside. more

We had Dream House come to our home to inspect our windows in the kids rooms. I knew the original windows were bad as both rooms were extremely cold in the winter from all the cold air that the old windows let in. We would use plastic to cover the windows in both rooms every winter and you could visually see the plastic holding back cold air. Dave, the salesman from Dream House, came to our home, inspected the windows, and did a presentation of their windows, which was very impressive. The quality of their windows are excellent (R5 and .22 E Energy Rating). The demo window emitted 0 heat through when shining a heat lamp through the windows. The only other window to do that was a window with tinfoil that also blocks all heat. The windows also have all the new bells and whistles like easy removal, child safety locks, easy cleaning of the inside/outside, insulation, etc. etc. The other thing that I liked the most was that Dream House manufactures the windows, installs the windows, and warranties the windows FOR LIFE including labor. That warranty is also transferrable to new owners of the home. This avoids having to buy the windows, find a contractor to install the windows if you can't do yourself (which I cant), and be covered by a limited warranty from window company which does not cover contractor labor. The cost of the windows are not cheap especially compared to windows you can buy from a Home Depot or Lowes. However, you pay for what you get and I feel you get an amazing value for the price not only in the quality of the windows, but also in the lifetime warranty and installation of windows. We ordered the windows and within 2 weeks got a call saying the windows had arrived and when could they come to install. We have had the windows (4 windows) replaced in the kids rooms and they are great so far. There is definitely a huge reduction in the amount of cold air and the rooms are no where as cold as before. So far so good. I can't wait to save up some more money so that I can begin replacing the other windows in the house with Dream House Windows. more

We had David come to our house this evening. He was a thorough professional. Even though we did not get the siding done yet or haven't confirmed yet with any other company - i felt he deserved this recommendation. He was an amazing person and at any point of time there was no pressure on us. his marketing manager gave us a huge let me rephrase HUGE break and really caught us off guard. David Creato and Robert you both make a great team. Keep it up. I know i might have missed the opportunity but its good to meet good folks like you. more

so far so good the install crew did an ok job. they missed a lot of caulking that should have been done. and did't want to do some work that was on the contract to be done and poorly installed 4 windows in one room. Ihave emailed the company several times no response. I guess I will have to call them. get what ya pay for watch out! more

Had 23 windows installed. Nice salesperson stressing 100% guaranteed work. 2 separate teams showed up to install. 1/2 the work was done different than the other.1 team installed the windows great. Caulk was all over 1 of the windows. Still waiting for them to change it 1-1/2mo. later. Vince the repair man showed up too late several times to do repairs- if he shows at all. Still waiting for the 1 shutter never put back up. 1 Leaking window so far. They over-cut my siding on the front windows. Their solution was to caulk it. Called office-closed for the wkd. Still waiting to be satisfied. more

My husband and I love the windows. The four men that put the windows in our house were knowledgeable about their work and did it quickly and well. They were very pleasant and even cleaned up after the work which surprised us, usually a homeowner is left to do that themselves. The gentleman who sold us the windows, Ron was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and left us with a real good feeling about the window purchase we made. The windows are beautiful. I had Dreamhouse windows installed in my home a week ago. The windows made a big differance to my home,they look very nice and are very easy to clean and operate. The crew was very friendly and worked hard to finish the job in one day. There is no dought about the product because it is a top quality windows. Why I can tell Because I have 13 pella replacment windows done prior to 11 dream house windows. You are paying for top product. Instalation team was professional they did the job in six hours. I had couple of other quotes but I was lucky to pick dream house windows. Prior to doing business with Dream House, I met with several other window companies none of which were as well informed or prepared as was the Salesman from Dream House. In addition to being very courteous and professional, all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and every detail regarding window construction and exactly how the removal and installation would take place were explained. Also, after viewing a specification chart comparing Dream House with its competitors, I donâ??t believe that you can purchase a better window for the money. The actual removal and installation went very smoothly and everyone involved was a true professional. All went as explained with no surprises. Again, the crew conducted themselves as professionals; they were meticulous about handling everything with care, they were courteous and were extremely neat. Aside from seeing the new windows, you would never know the installation crew had ever been there. I feel very confident that I have purchased a superior window at a very reasonable cost and in my opinion, Dream House has a guarantee second to none. The presentation was excellent and thorough, though a bit lengthy. The actual installation took a little longer than expected and our wall was cracked in the removal of the old windows. However, the installer repaired the wall at no extra cost and we are very happy with our windows. The quality of the window is exceptional and we will consider buying windows from them again. more
