The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient as we dithered over siding vs. windows. We chose windows which were ereplaced by friendly installers who were focused on task, removed the rubble, and informed us of curing the caulking. We made the right choice in hiring this company. more

we were very impressed with Dream House Window Company. Starting from when we met with the sales representative Tom taking the time to explain all the the details in his presentation, and his vast knowledge. He answered all our questions, and most of all, not being a pushy salesperson. We had our windows installed on time as promised. the installer did a great job and was quick and cleaned up after installation. As our windows were old and you could feel the draft coming through and since the govt.was offering a tax credit, we decided to look into getting new windows. We are retired and on a fixed income but we decided to buy windows if it looked like a good deal. My wife and I are both over 70 and not yet senile. So we know that a good value does not always mean cheap. I took a year to shop and got prices from about 6 ot 7 different people. We decided to go with Dream Windows for several reasons. First, the saleman presented the windows and I could see that we were dealing with quality. The price was not cheap but seemed fair, if the end product was as good as promised. Our decision was made, if the windows were as good as promised, we were getting a good deal. We waited for the windows to be made and finally got the call, saying that they were ready and we set a date for installation. I'm not ignorant as far as construction is concerned, my father was a builder. I watched the entire installation process and I was really impressed. The windows fit like a glove. The installers added insulation to every gap and space around the windows. They did a first class job. We have had the windows ovber 2 weeks now and today is December 27th. We just went through a blizzard with 18 inches of snow and 60+ MPH winds. There was absolutely NO draft coming from my windows. Now I'm waiting for my first gas bill since the new windows. I bet I've saved significant dollars. One of my best decision during the past 10 years was choosing Dream House Windows. more

My sales rep was Brett Boyd. I was looking for the best double paned and insulated windows at the best price I could find. I had spoken with several other vendors about the eight windows that I wanted replaced and Brett was the only one who gave me a solution that was both energy effecient and cost effective. I could not believe that no other sales rep had thought of his idea. All other sales reps wanted to replace all eight windows with double hung windows, but Brett suggested that I replace the upper windows with picture windows. He did show my family and I the presentation on the windows with the heat lamp, but I had see that before. The one thing that I was not shown before was the cold test, which I thought was pretty interesting since the cold and wind is my biggest concern with these eight windows. I can't wait to get these windows installed!! more

The windows are a great improvement to what I previously had. The only negative is the labels left on the windows. They don't peel off and I will have to remove them with a razor blade. more

Dream House Windows just completed installing new siding and a new roof on our 30 yr old house and I could not be more pleased with them or the job they did. All our concerns / issues were addressed and taken care of. The installers were professional and showed up promptly each day. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of Dream House windows. Prior to getting our new windows installed the house was very drafty and loud. In the master bedroom it was actually hard to sleep when the wind was blowing. The old windows would whistle so loudly in this room, at times you couldn't sleep. In the winter we covered the windows with plastic to keep out the draft. Dreamhouse windows were people of their word. They came within three weeks of taking our order, took out and removed from the site all the old windows and installed the new windows in one day. No mess, no inconvenience. The workers talked to us throughout the day to tell us what they were doing. Not only did the new windows cut out the draft, they also cut down on the noise inside. The windows are easy to open, and very easy to clean. These windows also cut down on the amount of heat/cooling loss. Dream House Windows has been a dream (pun intended) to work with from the sales to the installation of the windows. I compared vendors and while Dream House Windows were somewhat similar in design to the other brands, the thermal deflection qualities of the glass were far superior. Additionally, the service and quality of installation was better than I could have expected. The sales person and installers were prompt, professional, and courteous. Communications on schedules, dates, and finances were top-notch. I anticipate the same service for the siding job. more

Love the windows, but am very disappointed that the inside trim replaced on my bay window does not cover the existing wallpaper. I think I should have had the choice of a wider trim to cover it. more

we have had our windows since march 2010. throughout the process of ordering and so fourth a majority of the people were more than helpful and nice. So far we have had no problems/issues with the windows. We have yet to use the warrenty so I cant say much about it. more

I am so glad my son filled out the marketing website that sent your company to my family. It has been a true pleasure dealing with everyone from the scheduler to the installers. Every staff member gave us increadable customer service and was very accomidating. It is a wonderful experience when a company deminstrates integity and pride in what they do and in the product they manufacture. The overall experience was good. Sales process was a litle high pressured. The installation crew was profesional, neat and did a reasonable job on cleaning-up. I have not had to use after sales support. The product is living up to the prosimes and my expectations. more

Dream Houses' manufactured Energy Conservation & Window/Screen ease of use is excellent. The Warranty with the same company that manufacturers, installs and maintains the windows for Lifetime is a tremendous value-add. Installers were both neat as well as excellent. more

We ordered 8 large windows from Dream House Windows about 3 weeks ago and, as promised, they were custom manufactured and were delivered and installed properly. The crew came right on time, 2 fellows came, they worked hard (took no lunch), answered our questions and gave us advice on a couple of items. Their work included removing the old windows, dismantling the molding, installing the new windows , caulked the trim and cleaned up the work areas in approximately 6 hours. It was hard to believe how clean the work ares were! The salesperson fairly represented the products Dream House sells and the price was right. It was a good experience. We recommend this company for your windows. more
