Dream House Windows made the process of selecting and installing replacement windows a wonderful experience. The salesman was professional, personable and very thorough in his explanations and demonstrations of the windows. The installation went smoothly and quickly. When the project was completed, I could not tell that workman had been at my home. We could not be more pleased with the quality of Dream House Windows. They are beautiful, energy efficient and definitely increased the value of our house. I would not hesitate to recommend Dream House Windows to anyone who want replacement windows. more

I did not buy my windows at this time as we decided to add insulation and get air sealing done instead. Dream House really tried to give us a good price and the salesman was nice. They didn't get nasty when we decided to go another route. If I get more money, I will go with the company. more

The siding project was handled very well, despite snow and December conditions and tight deadlines for year end. The house looks fantastic with all new insulated vinyl siding. The project manager was great, the workers tool care in the detailed corners, hoses, faucets, and cable wiring, including installing new lighting we chose. Everything went very well, and the compliments from the neighbors are still coming a year later. Our appraisal value was up almost 20k.!!! more

they where here on time and where done in a short amount of time 10/19/2010

they where here on time and where done in a short amount of time. They had to install 5 windows and they cleaned up at every location they where in. I would recommend every one to dream house windows. My next door neighbor had his windows installed at the same time. From a different company and he was not as happy as I was. PLus they took longer and cost more. more

Dear Dream House Windows, The salesman, Rick Silver, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional through and through. I had six huge casement units replaced. The windows are great! The installation people were very professional. They cleaned up everything, and thig big job was done in one day. I am very much pleased with Dream House Windows and their staff. The product (windows) are working very well 10/19/2010

The product (windows) are working very well. Summer heat and glare into the house were both noticeably better. Downside: the "cladding" on the outer window frames does not conform to the original frame design well at all. The cladding looks good, and well seals the window from the elements, however, the install resulted in a far simpler (singe level of trim) vs. the original design that has up to levels of frame from the brick edge to the window. We will be installing more windows, but I would need to have the install emulate the lines of the original window frames. I don't know what recourse I have for the current install. more

When I began researching replacement windows, I met with 3 other companys besides this one before making the decision to have Dream House replace my windows. The salesman who met with me was very knowledgeable about the product of the company and that of other companies as well and this backed up my own research. Window replacement is a big investment for homeowners and I wanted to be sure that my selection would be of high quality. All of my requirements were met from the start of the process through to the completion. I am very happy with their product, service and warranty and would not hesitate in recommending this company to family, friends and other homeowners considering window replacements. more
