This was a very positive experience. The representative was thorough in demonstration and was interested in my questions and customer needs. The installation was seamless and professional. I am looking to efficient energy savings with these windows. Did mention that I really like the aesthetic option of the Dream House window? I live in a condominium complex that requires all windows to have the same brown on the outside. I however, don't care for the way the dark brown looks in the window on the inside. Dream House allowed for balancing the requirements of my condo association with dark on the exterior and my choice of light color on the inside.
