The presentation was excellent and thorough, though a bit lengthy. The actual installation took a little longer than expected and our wall was cracked in the removal of the old windows. However, the installer repaired the wall at no extra cost and we are very happy with our windows. The quality of the window is exceptional and we will consider buying windows from them again.
