Great Place to buy a car!!!! 5/18/2009

Don Martin was such a help to both my husband and I. He worked with the Sales Manager team and Finance team to get me into my brand new Kia Spectra 5. They all made my dreams of owning a new Kia possible. Don Martin was very knowledgable about the Spectra 5. No pressure to buy that was nice. One thing I don't like is going to a dealership where you feel pressure or they waste your time with whether or not they can do a deal. There was none of that with Don or his team. Awesome place to buy a car. 5/2/2009

I never knew buying a car could be such a good experience. The team at Hannah KIA exceeded all expectations. In particular Don Martin. The kind of guy you want to buy a car from. He is honest, patient, and I never felt any pressure whatsoever from him to buy a car. He answered all my questions, and believe me there were many! More than anything he really cared about making sure I got the car I wanted for the right price. Everyone went out of their way to get me into the car that was right for me! I love my Kia Spectra 5. It is absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. A big THANK YOU to Don Martin, David Cady, Mike Ragsdale, Rachel Smith and Jon Pelley. Best Kia Dealership in 3 States 3/22/2009

I shopped online because I hate pulling into a lot to view cars and have to ward off waiting salesmen. You can view online, get quotes and then the best man with the best deal and the best personality wins right? \r \r Well that is the way it was for D_ck Hannah Kia in Vancouver, WA. My online salesman was ""Steve Davis"" His left hand person was Stephanie (person in the background telling him I emailed again and again) then the General Manager ""Rachel Smith"" besides doing the okays for the bargaining she also was the one that filled up my tank and washed it for me. Then there was the final paperwork man Curt who was efficient at what he did and had me out of there in record time. His trainer for the extras you buy after you buy a car was team sales manager ""Dave Cady."" \r \r The whole thing was a major stress less situation mostly and I am one stressed out person when it comes to spending money. They were more of a family of people working together than all the dealerships I have dealt with since my younger days of going to my dad's favorite car dealership and even a few of my own growing up.\r \r Got to tell you folks. Professional and Pleasant Automotive Purchase Experience 2/17/2009

My wife and I started looking for a Kia Sedona minivan via the internet on Sunday and drove one home Friday night. We were a bit apprehensive about shopping for a new vehicle due to several past dealings with dealerships. I must say having bought our new Kia Sedona from Mike Ragsdale was a very positive experience. Mike was very thorough in showing both my wife and I all of the features and in going over all of the safety features of our new Kia with us. I hate having to deal with buying a car but I wanted to see if I could get a new Kia. I went to see Mike about a Jeep and he informed me of the deal they were having on the Sorentos. He was very thorough with going over the details of the car before I even test drove it. Mike is easy to talk to and very pleasant to work with. This is the first car I've purchased from a Hannah dealership and it sure seems that they care about the customer a lot more than other dealerships do. Pleasantly Surprised! 7/9/2008

I am very happy with the service I received at Hannah Kia, the experiance was quite a departure from the type of sales tactics I have experianced in the past at other dealership's, I was made to feel quite comfortable throughout the car buying process, and did not feel like I was being held hostage at any time to make the deal that they wanted, but was helped to make a deal on a new car that I could live with on my term's, so no buyer's remorse after getting home wondering, what have I done? \r \r I highly reccomend the sales staff that worked with me, Mike Ragsdale, and Nate Taylor were very helpfull in helping me find just what I wanted, and while showing me some other car's that were a little more than I was ready to spend, I never felt pressured to do anything I did'nt want to do, and ended up with just what we were looking for, not just what they wanted to sell me!\r \r I also was very happy with the financing process, finance Mgr. Heidi Loney helped me through all the paperwork, and was very good at answering all my questions, it was made very quick and easy, again a departure from some of my past experiances with other dealerships!\r \r So all said and done, I highly reccomend taking the time to stop and talk to these nice people if you are thinking about a new vehicle, you should be pleasantly surprised at how accomodating they are to their perspective car buying client's. more

Kevin and Atila rocked! 7/9/2008

I had the pleasure of having Atila and Kevin help me out when I went to D. Hannah Kia. They were amazing. They stayed with me for 4 hours in the 104 degree weather! They listened to me whine, let me make up nick names for them and really listened to what I ACTUALLY wanted. I would highly recommend D. Hannah Kia to anyone looking for a car. ask for one of these two gentlemen and you will leave with the car of your dreams. more

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! 7/7/2008

This place was AMAZING! They listened to what I wanted and I got exactly that and then some! Terri, Nate, and Stephanie were the best car sales people I have EVER worked with. I had been car shopping for going on about 5 months and everyone made me feel like horrible. But Teri and Nate were the best. I would recommend them to anyone. Ladies if you are sick of men car salesmen taking advantage of you go and see Teri. She's a lady and she's excellent! Thank you Terri, Nate, and Stephanie! more

Will never buy there again! 5/19/2008

Worst experience ever. Purchased a used vehicle; Three days later we had to replace all tires and both front and back brakes. Have had other problems with electrical and other issues that shouldn't be a problem with only 30K miles. D. Hannah Kia claimed an inspection was completed, however would not let us see the paperwork to prove it. Attempted to speak with customer service- calls were not returned and when they were, salesman was beyond unprofessional over the phone. Would not recommend this place- even to someone I dislike. Not the usual fare... 3/20/2008

I recently purchased a car form D Hannah Kia, and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. It was as painless as such a process can be - while obviously there were some issues getting exactly what I wanted and only what I wanted, it wasn't as bad as I feared, by far. Yes, they want to sell you extras such as warranties and other products, but at least they were fairly upfront about it - while I may not have paying attention to all the details during the back and forth of haggling, everything was clearly explained before I had to commit to the actual purchase. In fact, I found that I really wanted/needed a couple of those items, to boot! They really worked to meet my budget needs, both in cash now and the monthly payments, but since math is math, I had to decide which was more important - all the goodies or the final cost. Way better than what I've dealt with at other places! Pros: friendly people, not a lot of waiting around Cons: I always forget how big a process this is more

My husband and I have both purchased new vehicles from DickHannah KIA. He got a Spectra, and I chose the more luxurious Optima about a month before. Our experience was picture-perfect, from start to finish. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, and the salesman (same one both times ? Steve Davis - call him toll-free at 866-273-7542 ? and tell him Photojean2 sent you!) went above and beyond to meet our needs. \r \r After finding out exactly what I wanted and needed in my next car, Steve took me to three different choices that almost exactly matched my request, each with different levels of options to choose from ? with all the cars he had available, he said he usually can do just that!\r \r Anyway, like my husband (SpectraLover) said in his review, it was the best experience we?ve had in our years of car buying! One salesman, start to finish from first look to final negotiations; lots of choices, both new and used; great cars, great warranties, great prices! They even enrolled us in a program where we get free replacement tires when the ones on the car wear out, plus a free car wash every month for as long as we own the car! Wow!\r \r Highly recommended, both the dealership and the salesman! That?s why we went back a month later to buy another one! Pros: great service, great prices, free lattes :) Cons: none that I can think of more

Best Purchase Experience Ever! 3/18/2008

This was my best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle! The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable - I really felt like they all wanted to be sure I was getting the vehicle that was absolutely 'perfect' for me. They offered a large selection of new vehicles to choose from, in a nice range of price/option packages, not even considering the literally hundreds of used ones to look at, too!\r \r My salesman really made me feel like his most important objective was that I found the right car ? even when I ended up selecting a much less expensive one than I came in to look at. I was quite comfortable working with him ? Steve Davis ? and the best part was I didn?t have to deal with anyone else! He helped me from when I first drove in, all the way up until after I had completed all the negotiations (painless ? not anything even remotely like my experiences in the past) and was getting ready to sign the licensing papers! \r \r The prices at DickHannah KIA were very reasonable, and the factory had a rebate program where I didn?t even need any cash for a down payment. They offered me a better interest rate than I had been quoted from the very same bank ? I don?t know how they did that, but it sure sold me on their honesty!\r \r My new KIA has been a great car so far ? I have the Spectra ?5? Hatchback; which has a zippy motor and is really fun to drive. Not only that, but I?m getting better than 30 mpg overall so far, too!\r \r I?ve got to say, my experience with DickHannah KIA really has earned them a ?Customer for Life?!
