I went in to see these guys and look at some used cars. Was greeted immediately as I got out of my car. Their service was great. Started working with Johnny Walker right away and he was great. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all and was super helpful. We got a great deal on our car and our trade in. Will recommend this place 100% and highly recommend Johnny Walker. All the staff was really nice and friendly. They stayed late to get the paper work done and we had a great experience more

Maintence service 6/7/2011

Great service, appreciated the ride to and from the dealership from a very friendly lady. The work was completed on time, and the van was washed and vacuumed and ready for me when I got there. Will definitely go back when it needs serviced again. more

We were looking for a new/used car. We got a flier and decided to try Dick Hanna Kia. Trying to put a little of the work of purchasing a vehicle behind us i called to see if we could get prequalified. At least that way we would have an idea of how much vehicle we could get. With in minutes I received a call back from Kari and she set us up with an appointment the following Sat with Dave Wakeman. Not looking forward to the ""sales pitch"" portion of the visit we forged ahead. Dave had a great sense of humor which made things easier. He asked a couple of questions, had some cars ready for us to check out and within a very short time we found what we wanted. Then came the time to ""haggle"" on the price and if we could come in anywhere close to the monthly amount we shared at the beginning of the meeting. Surprise! No haggling, good money on the tradein, discounted the price of the car, and came in well under the monthly amount we wanted. All without the ""haggling"" part of the process! We then spent a few minutes with John who had everything ready for us. We signed the paperwork and we were off with our vehicle! My husband and I are considering trading in his car and getting him another vehicle. We will absolutely be going to see Dave. We know we will get a great deal on a car and a fun experience getting to deal with Dave, John and Kari! Thanks guys! You are AWESOME! more

Repeat customer pleased again! 4/26/2011

This is the third car I have bought from Steve Davis at Dick Hannah Kia. He has always made it easy to feel comfortable about doing business there. We actually ended up with a whole different rig than what we went in to buy, and now we couldn’t be happier. Steve took the time to be sure that what we thought we wanted was really what we needed and we are really greatfull for that! Our new Forte has saved us a ton at the gas pump and it works perfect both to commute and run around town. Thanks Steve and thanks Dick Hannah Kia we will be back for our next car too! more

The best car buying experience EVER! 2/14/2011

Terrific, super, fantastic, unbelievable … I can not come up with enough adjectives to truly express what an amazingly wonderful car buying experience we had at the Dick Hannah KIA dealership in Vancouver. No hassle, no back and forth, no trying to sell us something we didn’t need or want, they were just great. We had in mind what we wanted, how much we wanted our monthly payment to be, how much we needed to get for our trade in and they were able to do everything they said they would and more. Our salesman, Barry Tuttle was the best. He got us in and out of the dealership in record time and was a true pleasure to work with. Wonderful Experience! 1/31/2011

What a wonderful car buying experience! After a brief phone conversation, the staff at Dick Hannah Kia had the cars I was interested in test driving lined up for me upon arrival! My saleseman, Barry Tuttle, really let me take my time and get a feel for each vehicle. Most importantly, Barry let me choose the car that was right for me, not the one he wanted to sell. Once I chose a vehicle, the process was quick and easy. The support staff helped us with financing, found us two (!) rebates and I left that day in my new Sorento! I am old enough to have purchased several new vehicles in my lifetime and never before have I been moved to share my experience with others. Thank you to everyone at Dick Hannah Kia! more

Great Customer Service, Great Experience 1/30/2011

I couldn't be more pleased with my buying experience from Dick Hannah Kia. After getting turned down by another local dealership that ""guarantees approval"" which shall remain nameless, I found my way to Dick Hannah Kia by one of those ""Call us and we can help you letters"" I got in the mail. You know one of the ones that usually don't get opened and end up in the trash. Little did I know just opening that letter opened up the best buying experience I have ever had. The Sales Manager Mike was awesome and made me feel comfortable, he is a genius at numbers and was focused on staying within my budget and not screwing me over. My salesman Curt was great and knowledgeable of the cars and not pushy at all. Unfortunately for me when I first went in after work I was in denial for what I needed and what I wanted. After awhile I went home with a Mazda 3 ( for a day test drive) which falls in the lines of what I wanted and not what I needed. I probably forgot to mention my wife is 20 weeks pregnant and the Mazda wasn't the greatest idea, not to mention she can't drive a stick shift. I brought it back and said I wanted something bigger, safer and that a family can grow into. Long story short my wife and I decided to purchase a Kia Rondo LX and so far we couldn't be happier with our decision. Curt told me I should look at a car that is gong to ""Fit your changing lifestyle"" and he was right. Once I got out of the denial and focused on what my family needed it was a pretty simple decision. I would highly recommend Dick Hannah Kia, Mike & Curt and I look forward to seeing them the years to come because according to Mike ""Kids come in pairs"" more

Buying My Kia! 9/1/2010

My Dad and I stopped into Dick Hannah Kia on Sunday and we were greeted by Daniel ""Batman"". We were looking at the Forte Koups and had no intention of buying that day. When Daniel approached us, right away, I could sense that he was not your typical car salesman. He proceeded to answer our questions and never hounded us to buy or test drive the car, rather he just explained some of the safety features and asked if we had any questions. Once, we told him that we were just looking, he could have dismissed us and left us alone, but rather he took the time to show me a Koup that was hidden behind some other salesmen. He took the time to get the keys and let me sit in and really look at the car instead of pushing me out the door. He was focussed on creating a good relationship with us, rather than shoving a car down our throats. This is what ultimately made me return two days later and buy that car. During the whole buying process, Batman was there and would help me understand and answer any questions, that I had. Everyone at Kia was very friendly and gave me the impression that they were working for me and not the dealership. They helped me every step of the way and would call their supervisors over and over trying to get me the absolute lowest price right away. I only spent about 2 hours at the dealership in total. That included test drive and complete financing. This buying experience was outstanding! UPDATE: I got the car home and noticed that there were some scratches and a small ding on the car. I went to the dealership the next day and told Batman and he told me to bring the car in later this week and he will have the detailer look at it and see what he can do. This type of customer service makes me want to return and makes me truly know that the people at Dick Hannah Kia will do anything to make sure I am 100 percent satisfied! GREAT CAR BUYING XP!! Buying Our Kia Shadow Dragon SE Soul 8/1/2010

My wife and I stopped by late on a Friday night and wanted to see if they had any 2011 Kia Souls in yet. After talking to Jose, we explained that we had been looking at the Souls for a long time and were very interested in them. We also explained that we has almost bought one of the special editions (Shadow Dragon)a while back, but the timing had not been right. He said he would see if they could find a Shadow Dragon Soul for us. He said that he had found a couple of these cars and would we be interested in one of them. Well it turned out the one that we ended up getting was from a dealer in California and would have to be shipped up here. Everyone at the dealership was terrific and really went the extra mile to get us our very special vehicle and treated us great! They even loaned us a Soul to drive while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Kudos to everyone at the Kia store! Pros: Very easy to work with and friendly more

My new Kia! 7/29/2010

I was in love with the alien green Kia Soul but wasn't sure if I could get it because my credit union pre-approved me for an amount that would really only allow for a used vehicle. I didn't want to have to worry about a used vehicle and when repairs would need to be made ect. So I thought I would just see what Dick Hannah could do for me. They were able to give me a much better interest rate than my credit union, at the payment amount I needed which included the added warranty. My boyfriend and I had so much fun with the guys, they played on our personalities so well and we really enjoyed our experience. I wasn't haggled, I wasn't pressured, they even let me go look at another dealership because I told them up front I wanted to look at one more thing before I made my final decision and didn't give me too hard of a time for it. We laughed and joked and had a great experience. I have only been out of bankruptcy just a few months over a year and was sure I would get laughed off the lot but I was the one laughing and smiling in the end because of the great deal and great experience I had. Great job guys! Joe and Jon rock it all the way. I definitely would recommend Dick Hannah Kia to others and my future purchases! Best Experience Possible 7/29/2010

Its been a week now since my husband and I purchased a new 2010 Kia Forte and we couldn't be happier. We originally walked onto the lot to find a gently used commuter car but after a bit of comparison we found it made more sense to go with new, especially with Kia's extended warranty. The best part of our car shopping experience however was due to our salesman, Daniel Gilchrist (a.k.a. Batman). We were not looking forward to having to deal with 'the dreaded pushy car salesman' but within minutes our fears were vanquished. Daniel was knowledgable about his product, found us exactly what we wanted for the right price (and that was asking a lot!), and was an absolute joy to work with. Our shopping/buying experience could not have been made easier or more comfortable. Thumbs up to Kia and Batman! Our NEW Kia! 7/6/2010

We just bought our first brand spanking new car from Dick Hannah. Our salesman, Daniel Gilchrist a.k.a. Batman, was the best! He & Mary brought every car I tested to our home so my husband could check it out. He is a large man & doesn't fit in a lot of cars. The Kia Soul is Huge! It looks small on the outside but is large on the inside. He can easily fit in both front & back seats. We weren't going to buy a car but they really went above & beyond to help us. They got such an excellent rate and price for us that we couldn't say no. If anyone is looking for a car, we tell them to go to Dick Hannah! No pushy salespeople, no hard sales, just nice caring people. more

Kia Forte was on our list but we hadn't decided on a particular car. After a long test drive, we went looking at other makes and models. Not only was Kia's salesperson a notch above other dealerships, the price they gave us was a no BS great price, well below the car show price for Kia we'd gotten just a month before. Their service department is excellent too--no fuss, and Wifi while you wait (if you want to wait.) Highly recommended. Pros: Great deals, excellent service Cons: None I could find more
