My Dad and I stopped into Dick Hannah Kia on Sunday and we were greeted by Daniel ""Batman"". We were looking at the Forte Koups and had no intention of buying that day. When Daniel approached us, right away, I could sense that he was not your typical car salesman. He proceeded to answer our questions and never hounded us to buy or test drive the car, rather he just explained some of the safety features and asked if we had any questions. Once, we told him that we were just looking, he could have dismissed us and left us alone, but rather he took the time to show me a Koup that was hidden behind some other salesmen. He took the time to get the keys and let me sit in and really look at the car instead of pushing me out the door. He was focussed on creating a good relationship with us, rather than shoving a car down our throats. This is what ultimately made me return two days later and buy that car. During the whole buying process, Batman was there and would help me understand and answer any questions, that I had. Everyone at Kia was very friendly and gave me the impression that they were working for me and not the dealership. They helped me every step of the way and would call their supervisors over and over trying to get me the absolute lowest price right away. I only spent about 2 hours at the dealership in total. That included test drive and complete financing. This buying experience was outstanding! UPDATE: I got the car home and noticed that there were some scratches and a small ding on the car. I went to the dealership the next day and told Batman and he told me to bring the car in later this week and he will have the detailer look at it and see what he can do. This type of customer service makes me want to return and makes me truly know that the people at Dick Hannah Kia will do anything to make sure I am 100 percent satisfied! GREAT CAR BUYING XP!!
