I recently purchased a car form D Hannah Kia, and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. It was as painless as such a process can be - while obviously there were some issues getting exactly what I wanted and only what I wanted, it wasn't as bad as I feared, by far. Yes, they want to sell you extras such as warranties and other products, but at least they were fairly upfront about it - while I may not have paying attention to all the details during the back and forth of haggling, everything was clearly explained before I had to commit to the actual purchase. In fact, I found that I really wanted/needed a couple of those items, to boot! They really worked to meet my budget needs, both in cash now and the monthly payments, but since math is math, I had to decide which was more important - all the goodies or the final cost. Way better than what I've dealt with at other places!
Pros: friendly people, not a lot of waiting around
Cons: I always forget how big a process this is
