I would have preferred to list half a star. Here's why: My son has been a patient for over 5 years. We scheduled a cleaning only to find out that upon arriving that they no longer take state insurance. We received no advance notice nor was I asked if I wanted to use my private insurance instead of my son's state insurance that follows him as an adoptee from within the state. With no discretion in a lobby full of patients I was humiliated with their lack of discretion or sensitivity. When I asked to speak to the dentist and he realized that I had my own private dental insurance, he quickly offered to be available to provide a cleaning for my son. I have no problem with dental offices opting which insurance they'll bill, but to cancel services with no prior notice or worse to declare that for all to hear shows that this office is all about the money. They actually did us a favor and forced me to find a more suitable practice with manners. more

In July of 2005, my spouse began a treatment plan with this group, beginning with an urgent procedure to arrest the further degradation of the structure of her jaw line. I paid $1433.00 on 7/13/05 to have the treatment begun and the structure of the jaw line stabilized. A large portion of these monies ($1072.00) was set aside for the permanent Crowns to be placed later along with the continued path of the prescribed treatment plan. These crowns were never placed, nor were they ever made to be placed. Dr. Abedi had set the treatment plan to entail a total of $25,500.00 in procedures? an amount of money we could not justify over other priorities. I just came in my 1st visit and the staff was so friendly. Hygienist Michelle was awesome and very informative. Dr Abedi took the time to answer all my questions that I have regarding my teeth. This tells me that he really cares about every patient he has. I have never so comfortable in a dental office. I can't wait to come back in for my next cleaning. Pros: Awesome Staff more

After having not been to the dentist in over 7 yrs..I was a little hestitant. The doctors were awesome, and the hygienist was GREAT! I will not consider visiting this doctor ever again in my life. Also will not recommend anyone to visit this office. For my first appointment I get to see the doctor after 4 hours of waiting in the office. Second visit I was 5 minutes late and they told me to reschedule the appointment. Office people are very rude specially doctor Abedi's nurse. They do not treat patient's with respect. Another two people were upset during my two visits and they left the office after waiting for 2 hours. Worst doctor office in this town. Do not go!!! Avoid this office at all costs. First of all, the dentist is extremely arrogant and talks down to you as though you are a child. As my teeth were being cleaned, the amateur assistant had horrible beside manner, and the dentist threw down the floss and said ""What is this?? These teeth need to come out."" He told me I have four cavities and insisted several times that I am to pull those teeth. I have since been to another recommended dentist who has told me those teeth are fine and the x-rays show no cavities. Second, a YEAR AND A HALF later, I receive a call that my balance was not paid in full and I owe $19.00. I asked why they would bother me now, and was told their person in charge of billing was not on top of it. The office manager Sarah Goodell was not helpful at all. Rather than wishing now that these people would get off my back... I would have avoided a big headache had I not gone there in the first place. Cons: Attitude, billing errors and lies. more

Dr Abedi is an amazing dentist. He truely cares about his patients and his work. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office. The staff is well trained and super friendly. Everyone is so knowledgable and willing to help you. Amazing office, definately highly recommend!! more

I never got racked through the coals so much in all my life. Their billing is something to be desired. you will be told to that procedure is not covered by insurance. Only to find out that it is. It like pulling teeth (pardon the pun) trying to get them to issue a refund. I was given a token refund but had expected 3x as much. they somehow were able to explain the difference in Unspecified procedures and temporary crowns (thus charged twice). If you dare go here please make sure you get a full print out after every visit. Make them put it on the invoice what Unspecified blah blah procedure covers. And keep those invoices. I wish I had done my research before selecting this dentist through my insurance. I had a procedure done that they told me was not covered by my insurance. I ended up paying cash (full price) for procedure. I needed proof that the insurance would not cover this expense. I told them to submit to insurance with the thought it would be denied. Lo and behold the insurance did cover procedure at a much lower insurance agreed upon price. They did give me a small refund but no where near what the insurance said I was entitled to. Look at their Better Business report (there is one complaint) and I have noticed that his partners review has negative feedback with respect to billing. Honestly I will have to give him credit where credit is due he did do a great job on my crowns. Be careful with billing. Cons: billing ripoff more
