The assistants do not know what they are doing, they are terrible! But Dr. Opimo is pretty decent.

Billing 1/28/2012

I was charged up front $1,000 dollars then my insurance was billed except one tooth that I had worked on so I received one bill then I was turned into a collection agency for not paying my bill even though I had received only one bill and all the charges wasn't included for my insurance now I'm arguing with the staff to get my bill fixed and they had me to contact my insurance company to get the information that the office needed to have to bill with after my insurance company sent them 3 notices of what they needed to send and still hadn't taken my name off the collection agency list when the dentist office staff was the ones at fault! more

Cleaning Appointment 1/20/2012

Despite the fact that I had the wrong appointment time for my cleaning, the staff were able to accomodate me Thursday morning. As always everyone was pleasant and professional. I always recommend the practice to anyone looking for a home for their dental services. more

Excellent care and wonderful staff! 1/18/2012

I had Lumineers placed by Dr. Opimo and I LOVE them! The staff is always pleasant and efficient. The office is beautiful and modern. They strive to give you the best dental care possible at the same time making sure your experience is comfortable and relaxing (massage chairs are a neat experience!). I feel I am in expert hands while there. I have many dental issues that are being addressed, and have been more than pleased with the results! more

I Am recommending to all my friends! 12/21/2011

I needed extractions very badly and was referred to Dr Eller. My appointment was at 9am, I was back in my car by 9:35. Numbing was quick, extractions were Smooth, Dr Eller has a great 'chair side' manner and his assistant was very helpful to me. I'm telling everyone I know that they need to go there! Very pleased with my visit! more

i was 20 minutes late for my appointment. the receptionist looked annoyed at me being late. But the hygenist was very prompt to have as much work done as possible in the remaining time adn did pretty good without making me feel to be in a hurry. more

Dr. Opimo is an excellent dentist. He listens to patient questions/concerns, and is very attentive to patient comfort. I have had excellent results in my several visits to Dr. Opimo. I also commend his friendly and professional staff, and appreciate the comfortable and modern office environment. I was taken in promptly at my appointment time. The entire staff is very friendly. Dr. Eller is quick and efficient, getting my filling replaced in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Eller to anyone. more

The girls were very comforting and professional. They were concerned and understanding of my husbands fears. He has sensitive teeth. They explained what would happen in up coming appointments. They made sure my family was comfortable with the girls working on my family. Luv them...they are soooo sweet! :) more
