I have no poblem with the Dr. Opimo's dental services (which were good), but I do have the following observations: 1. Both visits I rushed to get there on time after dropping my children off at school. Although I was there right on time or early, I waited much too long to get called back. All of the people who came after me were called before me, although I asked for the earliest appointment and waited to schedule for that opening. I have a very demanding schedule and need to have my appointment when it is scheduled--which is why I alway ask for the first one. 2. When I read the web site, it indicated that nitrous oxide would be used, which is one of the reasons I chose this dentist. My former dentist used that and I found it worked well for me, because I wasn't numb for hours after my appointment. When I got there for my second appointment, no nitrous oxide was used--in fact, they acted like I was crazy to ask for it. I wound up with numbing and shots, so my mouth was funked up all afternoon, which was very inconvenient for me. I did not feel as though I was given sufficient information about what to expect until it was way too late. Quite honestly, my experience has not been what I expected and, therefore, not good. I don't need a television and a massaging chair. I would rather know what to expect, be taken back at the time of my appointment and have nitrous oxide instead of shots. My need is to get in there and get out--it is not a spa.
