I was charged up front $1,000 dollars then my insurance was billed except one tooth that I had worked on so I received one bill then I was turned into a collection agency for not paying my bill even though I had received only one bill and all the charges wasn't included for my insurance now I'm arguing with the staff to get my bill fixed and they had me to contact my insurance company to get the information that the office needed to have to bill with after my insurance company sent them 3 notices of what they needed to send and still hadn't taken my name off the collection agency list when the dentist office staff was the ones at fault!
