My son had purchased shutters from Danmer Custom Shutters Los Angeles, and when I complained about my drapes, he recommended getting the same shutters for my home. I couldn't rate the experience I had with them high enough! The quality of the shutters, the service, and the people we worked with were all absolutely excellent. All of our guests see our shutters now and say "WOW!" The product really made a difference in our home. They look fresh and much more modern than the old drapes we had. They're much easier to maintain as well. The old drapes we had held so much dust. They were terrible for my husband's allergies. Nothing was ever clean they way they are now. All I have to do to clean them is take a wet cloth and wipe them off. They also don't hold odor like drapes do. The product is VERY good. There is a lifetime warranty on them, too. The main person who worked on our installation even fixed our window pane that was half an inch off. He didn't have to level it for us, but he did it to make the whole window and its shutters look just right. We love that the shutters open and shut at the top. There are different panels for different sections. For example, you can sit near the window without being seen, while still getting light from up top. The shutters help to insulate our home as well. In the summer, the heat stays out, and in the winter, the cold stays out. We love this product, and we had the found the service to be top notch.
