Review content:
Sales pitch is good in beginning salesperson who comes to your house to measure is nice until you sign contract. Appts not workable and office not accommodating to customers. Once installation was complete an follow up inspection was not provided with me and the installer. Once installer left I noticed a chip right smack in the front of my bedroom shutter. I quickly contacted customer service and they couldn't give me a time that I could be there. Then they tell me a Manager has to come out and see instead of repairman. All I wanted was someone to paint where it chipped. I paid good money for product and I feel once they have your money they could care less with giving the customer good customer service. I won't recommend this company to friends or family.
