Worst

wooden blinds r flimsy......not like the ones i had.......not informed re day to put blinds......took a VERY long time to get.............

My experience was outstanding from beginning to end. 10/27/2010

They were great. I had gone to Danmer's factory in Van Nuys, and I was really impressed with their operation. They are a first class operation, and I made up my mind then that I would use them when I moved, and that is what I did. The service was great. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was very good. And, the blinds look beautiful. I had no problems at all, and these kinds of projects can be nightmares. They are not the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for, believe me. more

Synthea Turville represented your product (shutters) well. I found her knowledge of the technical details of construction compelling. Mike Edwards' installation was equally impressive. I was eimpressed with his technical skills and his attention to detail. Thank you to both! more

I am very happy with the work. They have done a fantastic job. 10/7/2010

They were on time, and if they were running a little late, they would call me. The person who did the job was very nice, clean, and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and they did very good work. I am very pleased. They installed shutters on our French windows. They had previously done my bedroom windows years ago, and they have not cracked, peeled, faded or broken. They are just fantastic. I love the workmanship. So, I hired Danmer again to do our French windows and they came out beautifully. I am very happy to have with the work Danmer Custom Shutters have done, and they have saved me money. B. Harris more

Should have gotten shutters years ago 10/6/2010

I thought getting shutters for the dining room and kitchen at once would be kind of expensive and a disruption getting them installed. My wife talked me into it and was I surprised. The Danmer designer Cindy was just a doll, and later, the installer arrived exactly when they said he would. He was in and out before I even got home from my office. The shutters are very nice, and it looks like we'll qualify for the energy Tax Credit. I'm a convert to Danmer shutters... hope I can do more rooms next year. more

Total experience was great, installer showed superb knowledge and craftsmanship. I was always informed ahead of time by phone of our appointment. Attention to detail, right down to the clean up at the end of installation. more

Quality workmanship and professionalism. 10/1/2010

I thought everyone at Danmer Custom Shutters was very professional. We had a very custom installation and they were extremely precise. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the company, and the quality of the workmanship was great. I would definitely recommend them. Overall, the experience was terrific. more

If you want the best shutters for your home, and the best value, choose Danmer. I purchased shutters for all the bedroom windows upstairs and they are very high quality. It really works as they say, drops the temperature at least 10 degrees. The service is superior, and they are always there to answer your questions. I highly recommend Danmer Shutters for their quality product and wonderful customer service. more
