I was referred to Danmer Custom Shutters at Macy's, and had an excellent experience with them. The salesman, Ernie, was just fantastic when he came out initially. He really wanted to help me make the best of my home. I'm really happy I chose Danmer. because the quality of their products is outstanding. I have other shutters in a different room, and the Danmers are superior. I liked them so much, I also had some installed at my mother's house.
During this second installation, there was one error in that the shutter that needed to be installed around the air conditioner wasn't cut quite right. But the installer was right on it, and made it work for right then, until a proper replacement could be made. Rarely does anything go 100 correctly in these situations, but the way in which the installer handled everything was superb, and really impressed me.
Considering the product I received, combined with the salesman and installer, my impression of Danmer is outstanding. And for the quality, the pricing was also fair. I did my homework, and they were comparable to their competition. I would absolutely use them again. It was clear to me that their intention was to provide me with a fantastic customer experience, which they did.
