The service person who came to fix my oven was nasty and arrogant. He said the required part was not available, but after this completely unsatisfactory service call, I found that it's readily available online. I will NEVER use this company again. I see that I'm required to give a star to this company in order to publish the review - which is really adding insult to injury.
