Review content:
Brand new electrolux stove delivered with scratches and unaligned burners. Have to have an approved technician look at in order to have it fixed or get a new one. Called Dan Marc and received my window of time. No one showed up or called. I was told that the repairman showed up and no one was home. They said a manager called both numbers and no one answered. None of this was true and I told the customer service person this and he basically was believing the technician over me. Have to try again but I am very leary of this company and if they fail a second time, I am done. If I had to pay for these repairs myself, there would be no second chances! Electrolux should find another approved repair company!
