Love the Door and Great Folks to Work With 3/14/2011

Cressy was the third company I requested a quote from. I knew immediately after talking with Randy Weller that I would purchase the door and have Cressy do the install. I am extremely satisfied with the product, and was surprised how quickly the old one came out and the new one was installed. The garage has more light, is warmer, quieter. The opener is quiet, smooth, has a brite light, and no more bulky door openers. I couldnt ask for more. Thanks Randy and crew for a great door. more

We really like our Cressy Garage Door but after a few months we had a few issues. Our sales person Chris came out to troubleshoot the problems and sent Bernie out the next day to take care of noise and mechanical issues. Bernie did a fantastic job. Both Chis and Bernie were very professional, capable and responsive. We are very pleased with the door and the service. more

Poor attention to detail 12/6/2010

One needless delay after another. What should have been resolved within 2 weeks took 5 because of Cressy's lack of planning and attention to detail. Every employee, and unfortunately I had to deal with several, seemed only to do the minimal job required, and couldn't think ahead. I'm very unhappy with their service, and won't use them again. RESPONSE FROM Cressy Door Co, Inc.: Unfortunately, even when you are trying hard to do your best, mistakes happen. This was a door replacement / insurance job, and we failed to see all of the hidden damage caused by the customer running into their garage door. Getting the job finished to completion took longer than expected due to these unforeseen challenges. No additional fees were charged to the customer for the extra work or extra parts used above and beyond our bid price. more

Great service and great product 11/20/2010

My installer showed up exactly when he was supposed to. I live in a difficult place to find and I always tell service people to call for directions. They never do, and they get lost. The Cressy installer did call, and found it just fine. He did a very clean installation and was very pleasant to talk to while he was here. The door and Linear opener are fantastic. I just wish I would have replaced them a long time ago. I highly recommend Cressy Door;. more

We were fortunate to have Don Rogers install a high quality door for us and provide us with remotes to operate our door that were not included upon purchasing a short sale home. The service was fast and efficient and he was very friendly and respectful. Would recommend without hesitation. more

Excellent Product, Great Price, Top Quality Installation 6/15/2010

I recently purchased two Clo-Play wood garage doors from Cressy and was delighted at the company. From the beginning they were knowledgable as we sorted through many options and brands. They were also patient because making a decision was not easy. They were courteous and prompt with the order and they drove 3 hours one way to deliver and install the doors!! I would have to say that Cressy gets top marks in all areas and a special thanks to Randy Weller and his install crew for all of their help and a professional job well done. more

Would recomend Cressy Door in a heart beat 5/18/2010

Excellent Product, I love my coachman door. It's not wood but looks like it for half the price. And I was very fussy about it looking just like wood.Just ask Randy my supper salesperson. Very friendly and really knows his product. I am equally happy with the service and the door. It is probably the most beautiful garage door I have ever seen. more

Sales representative Dean Moerer was great to work with. Our garage door Linear motor was installed on time and for exact amount of estimate. The tech did a nice job and we are happy with the install.We would recommend Cressy again to our friends. I used Cressy many years ago when we owned our own business and they haven't changed, still great to deal with and knowledgable. more

Another excellent experience 3/13/2010

This is the fifth door and opener assembly we have purchased and had installed by Cressy Door. As with the others it was done on time and in a very professional manner. The installations were done by different technicians but the results were the same. Each tech took the time to answer any and all questions I had in a friendly and easy to understand manner.
