My installer showed up exactly when he was supposed to. I live in a difficult place to find and I always tell service people to call for directions. They never do, and they get lost. The Cressy installer did call, and found it just fine. He did a very clean installation and was very pleasant to talk to while he was here. The door and Linear opener are fantastic. I just wish I would have replaced them a long time ago. I highly recommend Cressy Door;.
