Review content:
One needless delay after another. What should have been resolved within 2 weeks took 5 because of Cressy's lack of planning and attention to detail. Every employee, and unfortunately I had to deal with several, seemed only to do the minimal job required, and couldn't think ahead. I'm very unhappy with their service, and won't use them again.

Unfortunately, even when you are trying hard to do your best, mistakes happen. This was a door replacement / insurance job, and we failed to see all of the hidden damage caused by the customer running into their garage door. Getting the job finished to completion took longer than expected due to these unforeseen challenges. No additional fees were charged to the customer for the extra work or extra parts used above and beyond our bid price.
