My existing garage doors suffered from a manufacturing defect and needed to be replaced. Since the original door company was no longer in business, and my old door style was not offered by any door company, I had to go with an entirely new door. Dennis, from Cressy Door, oversaw the entire process, starting with photo mock-ups showing how various door styles would look installed on my garage. Once we settled on a new style, Dennis provided a thorough overview of the plusses and minuses of the variouss suppliers, allowing us to make an informed decision. He then coordinated the advance delivery of the door panels so I could paint them to match the house, and the final door installation on a date that was best for me. Just wish I would have gone to them before I decided to get a new door. Other companies told me my old garage door parts were worn out, when in fact it was my openers main program board that was fried. So I shopped around for the exact door I wanted, and found Cressy to be the lowest price. They also have a showroom, to see the different styles of doors. I would highly recommend them, and I have already referred them to a friend. more

Cressy Door Service is terrible and rude. When their representative came for an estimate he explained that he would install a separate outlet for the garage door with a separate connection but when their installer came he did not put a separate outlet but used an existent outlet already installed that was used solely for lights.when i asked why he did not install a new outlet like he said he would, he simply lied saying he didn't know how to install a new outlet. Package was estimated including a keypad for controlling the door from the inside and two key fobs for operating the door in cars however the pad wasn't provided and only one key fob was given. When calling back to cmy given estimate was wrong and the package doesn't come with these items. What company does that? Lies to the customer with no promise of warranty AFTER install is complete. Avoid at all cost if you want to avoid being ripped off. Terrible terrible company with one of the worst customer service experiences i have had. RESPONSE FROM Cressy Door Co, Inc.: We are sorry for any misunderstanding. We never provide electrical wireing unless it has to do with the photo eyes and the pushbutton on the wall. The customer always provides a plug in. Our quote only had one key fob remote in it, however we have since sent this customer a second one at no charge. more
