Review content:
My existing garage doors suffered from a manufacturing defect and needed to be replaced. Since the original door company was no longer in business, and my old door style was not offered by any door company, I had to go with an entirely new door. Dennis, from Cressy Door, oversaw the entire process, starting with photo mock-ups showing how various door styles would look installed on my garage. Once we settled on a new style, Dennis provided a thorough overview of the plusses and minuses of the variouss suppliers, allowing us to make an informed decision. He then coordinated the advance delivery of the door panels so I could paint them to match the house, and the final door installation on a date that was best for me. Everything came together exactly as promised.
