Visited Seattle from October 4, 2004 to the 10th from San Diego. Ate here on the 6th. I've read about it and I guess my expectations were high. The food and service is excellent. However, the ambience and location isn't all that great. It is small and intimate(about a dozen or less tables), but the decor is a mixed bag of Orient, old Waterfront, and European. The little chandelier decor made me feel like I was in a Disneyland haunted house. The view is blocked by Pike Place Market and you can only partially see the Bay. Again, the food and service were excellent. Go here for the food, but I wouldn't necessary call this a romantic spot. If you can, visit the restaurant and see for yourself if you like the ambiance. If you do, go for it because you will be satisfied with the food.
Pros: Great Food, Great Service
Cons: , Lacks full Bay view
