I called Carpet Dryclean to set up an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to obtain an appointment for the following Saturday (which is rare). When they arrived Carlo and Marlon were very courteous and professional. They explained the process step by step and also explained the benefits of the cleaning. The entire process took about 1 hour and we had a good 600+ square footage cleaned plus steps. When they were done we went over the area to make sure it was cleaned well. The carpet looked like the day we first moved in. It was fluffy, clean, and smelled fresh.
Pros: Carpet look brand new, Fast service, Knowledgeable employees
Cons: They don't move big furniture (Beds, dressers, etc.)
