I had the pleasure of having Polo and Vance come to my house to clean my sectional sofa. We tested an area, and although it made a slight improvement, the stains on my couch were to old and intense for the product they used. However, as far as Polo and Vance are concerned, they were a joy to work with and I will certainly consider them for any future carpet/upholstry cleaning jobs.
Pros: Professional, Friendly, Trustworthy and Overall Likeability
Cons: The product didn't work well on my particular fabric
