Superb Service and Cleaning Power 7/22/2010

Received a letter in the mail for this service so I thought I would check it out - the reviews here on CitySearch certainly made it seem worthwhile... AND IT WAS! Our carpet had been walked on over the course of a year (12 200 person parties) more than the normal carpet. The special cleaning that Miguel Polo from Carpet Dryclean did got up nearly EVERY stain! We were thoroughly impressed with the service as we were afraid of losing our deposit. The price could have been better - but for what we got - probably worth every penny. Definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone with over the top wear-and-tear stains (even though they won't get everything). Pros: Helpful & friendly service, cleaned up almost everything Cons: Wasn't able to tackle the black ink and red Kool-Aid stains more

Raleigh's Best Carpet Cleaning Service 7/22/2010

Victor and his crew called to confirm their arrival and were prompt. He explained carefully what they were doing and gave me follow-up care tips as well. Then they set right to work, and an hour later my condo was done. The carpets look like new again! I have had this company clean my carpets before, and the results last a long time. No water is used, and their work is under warranty as long as there are no damp areas. (They have a gadget that checks for dampness before they begin.) They also vacuumed the carpets again before beginning, even though you could see the vacuum lines showing from my efforts before their arrival, and they vacuum up the powder before they leave. They also recommend that you revacuum the floors 4 hours later, to remove any powder residue that was left behind. Because no water is used, the stains do not ""wick"" back up to the top as the carpets dry. The dry cleaning powder acts like little ""sponges"" that soak up all the stains. Great experience with Carpet Dryclean 7/18/2010

I contacted Carpet Dryclean and they were very professional and informative over the phone. I scheduled them to come clean my couch and chair later that week. Victor with Carpet Dryclean came to my house and was very professional and did a wonderful job on my furniture. He was very informative and explained everything to me. The furniture turned out great. Victor and his crew were right on time, called on their way, and thoroughly explained the process. The estimate they gave me on the phone was spot on. \r \r The results were fantastic. Mr. Miguel Polo, the service tech was polite, courteous, friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing in full detail. In just a few minutes, I felt like I was with a family member. Great service, highly recommended 7/15/2010

I used this service regularly and always receive great service with effective results. The last time they were out the carpets were severely stained (rental unit) with lots of wear and tear and Carpet Dry Clean was able to get out almost all the stains and those that remained were minimal and much improved. Their service technician 'Polo' is prompt and very polite. It is always a pleasure to work with this company and I highly recommend them. I am a repeat customer. Signed, T.S. Terry cleaned my upstairs carpet and a wool rug downstairs in my home last week and did a great job. This is the 2nd time Carpet Dryclean has cleaned my carpet, and I went back to the the 2nd time because they did such a great job the first time! My carpet looked almost new when the cleaning was finished and my house smelled SO good! The staff is very courteous - someone even called me within an hour after my cleaning to see if i was satisfied! I love that your carpet isn't wet after the cleaning, meaning you can walk on it right away. It is also safe for small children and pets. I highly recommend them!!! Great Carpet DryCleaning Service 7/14/2010

I used Carpet Dryclean in 2009 and they did a wonderful job. I used them again this year and I was very impressed with their integrity, hard work, and how clean my carpets were. My upstairs carpets were in a horrible state due to a combination of children and a new puppy. The crew did an excellent job! I have saved them in my Favorites and intend to use them for all my carpet cleaning needs. \r \r I was throughly amazed at how clean they got my carpets. We had some pretty bad heavy tyraffic marks and stains on our carpet. When Carpet dryclean were finished the carpet looked great and the house smelled wonderful. My pet and I stayed in the kitchen the whole time and were not effected by any fumes etc. the cleaning chemical used is definitely pet friendly and tough on pet stains. I dont know if I could afford it on a regular basis but I would definitely use them again. I would have liked them to be a little cheaper for my square footage and large pieces of furniture which they were happy to work around, but it was definitely money well spent. These Gentlemen provided a great service. They came late on a Saturday - after their normal work hours as a special favor. I know they were tired and ready to quit for the week, but they pushed ahead and did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional, and did a great job. I have WHITE Carpet that is 12 years old and they were able to save the carpet. \r \r Thank you so much to Elmer and his crew. Ask for Elmer! Best Use of Money in a Long Time 7/9/2010

Victor and his crew were amazing when they visited me on July 5. I was convinced they wouldn't be able to completely get all of the stains out, but within minutes my carpet looked brand new. The entire crew was nice, respectable, hard working and very funny and personable. They not only arrived on time but were able to arrive an hour early. Well worth every cent I spent!!!! The crew (led by Victor) was on time, and ready to begin. The estimate was done very professionally. Victor was very honest during the demonstration about the capabilities. Once I was satisfied with the demonstration, work began immediately. The crew was very thorough and very courteous. When I came back the next day to see the results, I was surprised at how great the carpets looked. My tenants had an unauthorized pet in the house, so I was worried that I'd have to replace the carpets. But, the cleaning method worked to make them look new, get rid of the major spots, and to make the carpets smell fresh again. I would definitely use this service again. Carlo and Joe were on time, polite and very knowledgeable. Carlo took measurements for the job while Joe cleaned a sample spot for me to see. They were both hard-working and very positive. Our carpet is 14 years old and we really thought we needed to replace it before putting our house up for sale.
