The crew (led by Victor) was on time, and ready to begin. The estimate was done very professionally. Victor was very honest during the demonstration about the capabilities. Once I was satisfied with the demonstration, work began immediately. The crew was very thorough and very courteous. When I came back the next day to see the results, I was surprised at how great the carpets looked. My tenants had an unauthorized pet in the house, so I was worried that I'd have to replace the carpets. But, the cleaning method worked to make them look new, get rid of the major spots, and to make the carpets smell fresh again. I would definitely use this service again.
