Victor and his crew called to confirm their arrival and were prompt. He explained carefully what they were doing and gave me follow-up care tips as well. Then they set right to work, and an hour later my condo was done. The carpets look like new again! I have had this company clean my carpets before, and the results last a long time. No water is used, and their work is under warranty as long as there are no damp areas. (They have a gadget that checks for dampness before they begin.) They also vacuumed the carpets again before beginning, even though you could see the vacuum lines showing from my efforts before their arrival, and they vacuum up the powder before they leave. They also recommend that you revacuum the floors 4 hours later, to remove any powder residue that was left behind. Because no water is used, the stains do not ""wick"" back up to the top as the carpets dry. The dry cleaning powder acts like little ""sponges"" that soak up all the stains. Pros: Made my carpets look like new; prompt courteous professional
