Carpet Dryclean Cleans Right 4/27/2010

My wife got me to use Carpet Dryclean when we first got married back in 2007 for my house after she had used them for several years in her condo previously and had always been impressed. I must say I was very so pleased then with their service and work that with the baby on the way and I needed the carpets cleaned again I didn't hesitate to contact them. As expected they were able to come out the same day, be on time and do an excellent job. Victor and Roland who came out were the same cleaners who had cleaned the carpets before so I was glad to see them again and know that I could expect excellent work. They were attentive to my concerns about certain trouble areas that I wanted focused on and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done. The carpets were really nice and clean and I could walk on them right away in my socks without having to wait for them to dry like traditional carpet steam cleaning. \r Pros: Can walk on Carpet right away, Quality Customer Service Cons: Price more

I had several rooms in my house cleaned this morning by Carpet Drycelan. They called to confirm the time this morning and then Miguel called to say he was running late. That was ok, I was happy he called to let me know, it's the right thing to do! He came exactly when he said he would after the phone call. He and his crew were pleasant, polite and courteous and did a great job. My carpets look great and no drying time involved! You can put the furniture back in place and walk on them immediately, which to me is the best feature! Thanks Carpet Dryclean! Patricia Pros: fast, no dry time, carpet is clean! I had my carpets cleaned (including ares rugs) by Miguel Polo. Miguel was informative and very thorough. He explained everything to me and did a demonstration of the process prior to starting. I called at 8:50am, and they said they could be there at 9:30. Well the guy shows up at 9:20!! He was early! I was so shocked! He worked fast, efficient, and spoke english, respected my time, and my home. Was very knowledgeable. I would absolutely use Carpet Dryclean again, and would refer anyone I hear that needs their services directly to them!! Pros: Fast service, Friendly staff, Excellent Availability, etc. more

Old Stains Cleaned with Dry Clean 4/20/2010

I had my carpet cleaned a week ago by Miguel Polo. Miguel was very thorough. Explained everything to me and was a gentleman. He did his job and left my carpet clean even with some very old spots that I thought would not come out. I really appreciated his hard work and positive attitude. I whole-heartedly recommend Carpet Dryclean to do an awesome job. Carlo and Joe were at my home this morning to clean a very expensive oriental rug and I could not be more pleased with their work. The Best and Friendliest Service in Town 4/19/2010

We had our rugs, carpet and Upholstery done and they made our furniture look new again. I love the fact that the carpet feels new again and there was no drying time. The Carpet Dryclean crew arrived on time. They called to report they were enroute and were very professional at all times. They worked quickly and my carpets look fabulous! I had used Carpet Drycleaners about 2 years ago with my old carpets. They did a great job then too and helped me evaluate whether the carpet could be cleaned well or if it really needed replacement. Due to the excellent cleaning I was able to delay replacing the carpeting for a full year. I was also very pleased to be able to purchase the powder used on my carpets. Now I feel so much better able to keep my carpets looking new and to be able to treat spills or stains quickly with an excellent product. Highly recommend 4/16/2010

Jerry did a fantastic job! He's extremely knowledgeable and quick! He had all the items picked up off our floors in no time and then went to it. The price was higher than quoted over the phone, so he gave us a discount. We had quite a few stains and most came right up. We'll see if it lasts but do have the spot treatment if it doesn't. couldn't ask for more 4/16/2010

Vance called ahead as promised and even was able to come early which suited me. My area rugs had been stored for many years and when we moved and then put them down in our new home they looked soooo dingy and dirty. Vance explained the entire process, he was engaging, polite and a real delight to have in my home. The rugs look far better and the entire process was so much better than sending them out, waiting and having them been wet and re-blocked. I cannot recommend this company more highly and Vance in particular. I am writing an email to many local friends and taking his card to several consignment shops so they can recommend him to clean the rugs that come from homes to consignment and need a good clean.
