i helped my daughter move her stuff from Miami to Chapel Hill. She had sublet her Miami apartment and we were afraid that we would have to get rid of it. In the process of moving in we had lots of errands and things to do, but I was mainly worried about the cat hair so we called carpet dryclean and they made the appointment for that day. Miguel called my cell phone to someone that had a cat. The sofa was full of cat hairs 20 minutes before he arrived and we hurried to get there, driving in just seconds before Miguel. Guess what, we were locked out! Miguel did a very good job of checking all our windows, doors, back fence, everything. He stayed until someone opened the door for us and then proceeded to do a very careful job of cleaning our sofa and rug. we also bought cleaning product for dog urine as she has two puppies. We like to think they are trained but that night one had an accident and we used the stuff and it absorbed a lot of moisture...worked vrery well.. Plus a friend spent the night and slept on the sofa and she never knew a cat had been on it for a year. We looked, we couldn't find any cat hairs. We are very impressed with Miguel. He did us right.
