I called these guys one morning and said I need carpet cleaning ASAP, they had someone out within two hours. There was a large black stain on the rug in a bedroom. The dry cleaning didn't get it out completely, but it lightened it to a point of satisfaction. I don't think the stain could have been removed completely by any other treatment either.
