Raises the bar for customer service & satisfaction 10/18/2013

I am so impressed with the customer service at Burien Chevrolet. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them during my purchase of a certified used Chevy Equinox. Justin, my sales representative was very professional and patient as he answered all my questions with honestly and stayed by my side through the whole process. Austin, the sales manager was great throughout the negotiations of price. They took the extra time to teach me how to use all the features of my new vehicle, filled up the gas tank, washed and polished the car and set me off with a photo of me and my sales "dream team" to remember the experience by. I am so glad I took the time to drive up to Burien Chevrolet from Olympia. They definitely have raised the bar I'm customer service and satisfaction for the car dealership industry. Water Leak 2013 Cruze 10/14/2013

OK, so if having a bad day wasn't bad enough, my sunroof keeps leaking, not one, but 2 visits later everything seems to be fixed - except for the ugly water stain I have in my headliner...the dealer did its best, I had to miss some work to make 2 round trips, but they tried their best to offer shuttle (unfortunately didn't go as far as I needed, but they still offered), the 2nd trip I asked for a rental and they happily obliged even tho they tried to give me a BIG ASS truck! Not happy, so they shuttled me to a different rental place and got me a Cruze - YAY! Even tho I was exhausted and a little frustrated, they still got it taken care of. THANK YOU! more
