I came in to purchase a new sonic. I was really firm on the price i wanted to spend and the guys were always respectful and nice during the negotiations. I worked with Kevin to purchase the car and I really enjoyed my experience. I will recommend Burien Chevy to my friends and family. Thx for a great experience. more

You can tell that everyone who works here really takes pride in their work and truly care about their customers. They have always exceeded my expectations. They know me by name and remember me when I go in. That always makes me feel important and that I'm not just another customer to them. We bought our first car from them July '12 and came back for our second car Oct. '13. Even though there are 2 Chevy dealers closer to our home, we make the 45 minute drive for even the smallest car care. I recommend this business to anybody! Thanks for always taking care of us so well! more

I'm always greeted when I walk in. The place can be packed, but it seems to run like a machine. I've seen other auto shops, some very good, but the key at this shop is teamwork! I'm a very honest person and only give "cudos" if they are earned. Burien Chevy is a top shop! Keep it up! more

Customer service 12/19/2013

I recently brought my husbands truck in because it stopped working with no "apparent" reason. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful. Originally I spoke with Dave who helped me to decide whether to bring it in. He was honest and made me feel valued--- even though we didn't buy the truck from there and had never been there. Then I spoke with Dawn to schedule the appointment. She helped me to get an appt that very day. Dave is the one who was in charge of our truck and he kept me informed And also kept to the timeframe he had promised. We were very impressed with the entire parts and service department. Thank you so much and we will come back (hopefully not too soon:) when we need to and foresee future purchases at this location. more

2011 Chevy Avalanche 12/12/2013

I was first referred to Harnish Chevy in Puyallup from a friend of the owner. I use to sell cars and I have purchased quiet a few for myself as well as friends and family. I went to Harnish and was assured they were offering me such a great price. I new better and thanked god I had the insight to do research on the internet. I found an ad for a 2011 Chevy Avalanche LTZ from your dealer ship. I thanked Puyallup Chevy for their time and called your dealership. I spoke with Jeremy and Josh. That night I drove out to Burien and met with Jeremy. He gave me a good presentation of the vehicle and a test drive. He was very helpful. I conducted negotiations with Jeremy and Josh. We came to an agreement and I bought a wonderful truck for a great deal. I am looking forward to making my next deal with Jeremy even though I live about 35 miles away. He is a good kid. more

Constistent Quality 12/10/2013

I had my car in for a recall notice. The service department got me in and out in under the estimated time to complete, washed my car, and checked on my while I was waiting to see if there was anything I needed. In both their service and sales department they manage to capture the small town, "We care about you" feel time after time. more
