Our concerns are always met w/genuine compassion & an attitude that says & shows they will do what is necessary to address our concerns. I have a tendency to panic about car issues because for most of the last 2 years my husband (who normally deals w/the car "stuff") has been out of town. So it has been more important than ever that our cars run w/out incident & Megan has dealt w/my panic about the cars w/a caring attitude & at times, understanding that I didn't deserve purely out of sheer worry for my husband out of town & my inexperience in dealing w/these sort of things. So I commend her for having that sort of compassion that can put one's mind at ease even when it seems I am doomed either because of a car problem or not having the funds available to take care of the problem. But no matter the problem, Megan has a way of telling me that everything will be ok even w/out actually speaking those exact words! Thank you & keep up the good work!
