Nice folks 1/15/2014

My first time bringing my vehicle in to BC. I bought my car in October and wanted to have the oil change done at a Chevy dealership, this one is pretty close to home. I like the fact that I could schedule/confirm online. Service staff was friendly, not pushy, and oil change was comparatively priced to the place I usually use to service my vehicles, but, they wash your car as well. I would definitely go again! more

From the time I arrived till my vehicle was ready to go the gentleman who checked me in was most pleasant. Was kept informed of progress and done in the amount of time I was told it would take. Thank You. more

Prompt and professional 1/9/2014

My 2013 Volt was in for some service updates and a tire rotation. All the work was done while I was at work that day. The car was actually ready early. The best part, it came back washed and they even seem to have tried to put it on the charger for a while so I had enough juice to drive home without using gas. Thanks guys! more

I had a fabulous experience buying my Volt with the help of Bill Coulombe - yes, really his name, perfect for the Volt. He was smart, helpful, not at all pushy, and his colleagues made the financial deal part easy as well. I am so glad I made the trip from Seattle. they are great 1/5/2014

after going to a jeep dealership,spent 4hrs one day then another 1.5 hrs the next day, just to get turned down due to a low check#, i called up burien chevrolet, talked to kevin, who i all ready spoke with before, told them the problem i had, they said stop by, we will work with you, after about a hr, left in a new car, these people are great, sales, finance manager, and manager, are the best people ever, there great more

I did not walk in to buy a "new" car, but when I fell in love with one of the cars they had on the lot, my salesman was great in working with me to find the right deal so I could leave with that perfect car! more

Fast, Friendly Service 1/3/2014

It was just an oil change, but they scheduled me the day I called. Besides the oil, they also check all the basics on my truck, rotated the tires and cleaned it inside and out. I'll be going back again. more
