I purchased my gown Oct 30,2010. My Shopping experience was good, not excellent. When I was given the details of my when my gown would arrive they told me four to six months. Which is acceptable of what my wedding planner told me to expect. I placed a call to the bridal salon 6 months later in early April, I was told that the gown would be her at the end of the month. I called again April 28,2011 and I was told that the gown would be here within the first two weeks of May. I called again at the end of May and they told me yes your gown is due to arrive the second week in June and we have a tracking number for you to keep track of your package. This time the gown did arrive however I never receive a call notifing me of the arrival. The gown arrived according to UPS on a Thursday; I called on Friday did not get an answer. On Saturday I called, gave my name and asked if the gown had arrived and a man in a nasty angery voice said ""yes it did!"" ""We called you and left a message!"" I explaned to him that I never received a message he told me that I was ""lying and that they did call"". I have never had someone speak to me so, rudely and, lie about a purchase that I had made which cost me thousands of dollars. I will not be using them to tailor my gown nor, for bridesmaids gowns or accessories. They lost my trust with the first lie (that my gown would be here in 4-6 months). I feel like they disrespected me and the value of my money.
