Review content:
Let's forget for a minute that it took my dress four months to arrive. Let's concentrate on the fact that the manager only ever spoke to me like a pestering relative who was once again hitting him up for money. Even simple questions were repeatedly met with brisk, clipped answers that dripped with dislike. When I called to reschedule a fitting and mistakenly gave the appointment day as Sunday, I was answered with a loud and rather accusatory, ""Impossible! We are not open tomorrow!"" The clincher for me was when this manager angrily told me off in the middle of the store for having an ""attitude"" (i was there for my *third* fitting, and, apparently, he didn't like the way i gave my name). A customer who witnessed this reported that this same man had reduced her niece to tears, which was why she (the aunt) was in the salon to deal with the dresses. Ladies, getting married is stressful enough without this.
